Adriana and Tim originally planned on having a front lawn Biltmore wedding for 300 guests in April. Instead, they eloped to Monaco with just their family. Upon their return they decided to throw a big reception for their friends and family at Lioncrest at Biltmore Estate, complete with a KILLER band, a 007 theme, and gorgeous floral. As Asheville wedding photographers we love shooting any kind of event at Biltmore.

The food at Biltmore was incredible! Adriana and Tim had several food stations and everyone ate like kings and queens.
Adriana and Tim’s friends and family were such a merry bunch and you could tell they loved each other very much!

A bit about Adriana: I am originally from Caracas, Venezuela and moved to the States as an International Student in the summer 1992. (I am divorced with two sons: Chris & Jonathan)
A bit about Tim: Tim is originally from Pinehurst, NC (He is divorced with a daughter and son: Madison and Jake)
How did you meet? We met through work. I was a Mortgage Loan Officer for Bank of America and he was the Land Director for Ryan Homes in Charlotte.
Describe your first date? We went out for happy hour after work and talked for hours.
How long have you been together? 5 years
What are your favorite hobbies and activities to do as a couple? We love to travel! Also, we spend a lot time with our children since they are young adults. There is never a dull moment!
Who popped the question and HOW? Tim asked me to marry him at the Grand Canyon in Arizona after a helicopter ride.
Why did you pick Asheville and Biltmore for your Reception? We picked the Biltmore Estate because it is a special place for us. We love taking getaway trips to the mountains!
What tangible detail of your reception did you love the most? Dancing with family and friends.
How many guests attended the reception? We reduced the party from 300 to 80 since we got married in Monaco and took the kids with us.
What was your first dance song? “All of Me”
What stood out to you the most when you think of your reception? How fun the band was and everyone dancing and having a great time!
What is on your “bucket list” to do together as a married couple? Retirement
